Nickel Brook Jam Stand Raspberry with Vanilla & Hibiscus

From Nickel Brook, a raspberry flavoured Berliner Weisse. Pale pink in colour with lots of vanilla and raspberry jam and grainy wheat sweetness, with an off-dry lactose note on the finish. Fruity and floral, great with Bakewell Tart, Tarte aux Framboises or a summer berry fruit salad.
