London Brewing Hibiscus & Haskap Kettle Sour

Established in 2014, London Brewing is a worker-owned co-operative in London, Ontario. This kettle sour, flavoured with hibiscus plant and haskap berry, is medium-bodied and tart. It displays zippy lemon, floral and dried red fruit aromas and flavours with a light tartness on the finish. Pair with arugula salad or ceviche.
