Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen uses traditional open fermenting vats to allow local natural yeasts to wildly ferment their Lambics. Borrowing half of its name from the French word for raspberry, this little sour has muted ripe red berry and citrus fruit notes and aromas of freshly baled hay. Pair with firm and nutty aged cheeses.
