Brickworks Ciderhouse Rose Cider

The Brickworks is Toronto’s first cidery, established in 2013. The Rosé Cider blends their apple cider with raspberry/blueberry juice and a touch of honey. Aromas of red apple and mixed berries precede flavours of apple, raspberry, blueberry and honey. The finish is dry and nicely fruity. Serve with soft cheeses and fruit.
