In 2013 Adam and Chris set the wheels in motion by launching Brickworks Cider House. Found in Toronto, Ontario their main focus is making small-batch, premium cider. Made with fresh Ontario apples and peaches, expect aromas and flavours of peach, apple, pear and a floral note. It is medium-sweet with a crisp, clean finish.
