Named as a tribute to Toronto’s rise following the Great Fire of 1904, this refreshing cider is crafted in small batches and slow-fermented using fresh Ontario apples. Initial aromas of fresh orchard apples lead to a lively palate with gentle carbonation and a dry and crisp mouthfeel, complemented by apple pie flavours.
