We wanted our first Pilsner recipe to be as authentic as possible, using Pilsner and Vienna Malts directly from Germany. That, combined with our locally sourced Saaz Hops, results in a sessionable beer with earthy, herbal, and floral notes plus a sharp and clean finish.
