Established in 2013, this delightful brewery is one of St. Jacob’s trendiest spots. This Helles (German-style lager) pours pale gold and showcases attractive notes of malt, hops, baked bread, pepper and grass. Medium-bodied and malty with a clean finish, this is well-suited alongside grilled bratwurst and vegetables.
