We’re going Old School for this traditionally styled Altbier.
Lovely copper amber colour, full of German malts and noble hops. It uses a top fermenting yeast like an ale, but matured at a cooler temp like a lager. The result, smooth malt forward raisin fruit notes from the malts, sharpness of the hops, finishes crisp and dry. Prost.
