Salonikia Weiss is a wheat beer brewed by the artisanal microbrewery Sknipa, it is unfiltered and naturally cloudy and made with wheat malt, yeast and a small amount of hops. Expect fruity aromas with notes of banana and subtle hops. Full-bodied, fruity and refreshing with sweet and sour flavours on the palate.
