Crafted with hand-picked Belle de Louvain plums and a blend of young and aged lambic, this special brew is aged an average of 31 months before bottling. Fresh fruit aromas and flavours of tart plums are layered over the oaky, vibrant lambic base. It’s a great match for blue or aged cheeses.
