Ernest Winter’s Blush Cider

Newmarket couple Steve and Michelle Faris started Ernest Cider in 2016. The Winter’s Blush contains local apples, cranberry and honey topped off with mulled spices. Aromas and flavours of cinnamon, clove, apple, cranberry, citrus and honey lead to a luscious and warming finish. Serve with a gooey grilled cheese sandwich.
