This cider is crafted using seven varieties of 100% locally farmed and pressed Ontario apples and lightly sweetened with pure local honey. Medium gold, with lovely aromas and flavours of apples, honey and meadow flowers. Medium-bodied and fruity, this cider is perfect for pairing with cider-glazed pork belly.
