Juicy, upbeat, so clean and pristine, Fun, fruity, flavourful but nothing overdone. Sleek and easy to enjoy. Ripe dark blackcurrant aromas on the nose with dark chocolate, plums and black cherries. Deep, softly seductive. Hints of wild flowers and some saltiness. Ripe and clean, juicy but a calm and cool profile – blueberries and chalky cherries with a mineral bite on the finish. I like the texture, smooth and layered, not rich or plush but there’s a soft chew and just great energy. Harmonious. Ageing 40% amphora, 60% barrels, 30% new oak. 3.75pH. Tasted twice.
