Austin Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The 2021 harvest was slightly later than is typical. The individual lots for this wine were aged separately in French and American oak before being combined in September 2022. The final blending and bottling took place in mid-November 2022. This rich, juicy wine has intense black fruit, coffee, smoke and vanilla, with a lifted spice. Enjoy it through 2027.
