Bacalhôa Moscatel de Setúbal 2017

Though quite popular on their home turf, fortified Moscatels de Setúbal are not as well known in these parts as Port and Madeira. They offer superb value and will age for 20 years or more from vintage. This one features ginger spice, orange citrus, dried tropical and cherry fruit, nuts and a dash of honey. Chill and serve with custard tarts or cheesecake.
