This gently sweet wine is Saperavi with equal parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It’s well-balanced and structured, with rich, ripe dark berry tones. The sweet edge to this red makes it ideal for cured meats or spicy Korean BBQ ribs… boy that sounds good… excuse us, we have some shopping to do.
