This wild sour ale is made with fresh ginger and a touch of spice. The Ginger Key ale is aged two years in white wine oak barrels, adding acidity and flavour with just the right amount of sweetness. Secondary fermentation in the bottle with Champagne yeast results in a clean and refreshing effervescent finish.
