95% Sémillon, 4% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% Muscadelle. RS 158 g/l. Cask sample. Subtle and citrusy on the nose with a bitter-orange edge. Rich and full on the palate the botrytis evident on the finish, a bitter note providing persistence. Reserved but should develop further. When to drink: 2027-2045.
