Château d’Aiguilhe 2011

Good full ruby. Enticing aromas of boysenberry, black cherry, chocolate and spicy oak. Bright and juicy in the mouth, with lovely violet lift to the black fruit and herb flavors. Finishes very long and fresh: you can really tell these vines grow on calcaire-rich soils! A lovely wine that is drinking well already but has the stuffing to last another ten years.
