Château de Sancerre Blanc

This racy, fresh wine is sourced from vines grown on an historic estate owned by the Marnier-Lapostolle family of Grand Marnier fame. It shows white flowers, peach, lemon and herbs. Beautifully balanced, it’s ideal for pan-fried scallops.
