Chateau Jolys AOP Jurancon Doux 2019

The Petit Manseng grapes are delicately pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, then aged on their lees. The nose is expressive and complex with floral and tropical fruit notes. Lively and fresh on the palate, it finishes with candied mango and gingerbread notes. It pairs well with spicy Thai shrimp.
