Château Moncontour Demi-Sec Vouvray 2020

Vouvray comes in all manner of styles, from bone-dry to sweet and even sparkling versions. This one, made from vines aged between 20 and 45 years grown in chalky clay, falls right on the borderline between sweet and dry. Look for soaring floral aromas and vivid citrus, green apple and apricot flavours and pour with ham or spicy charcuterie.
