The 2021 Tauzinat l’Hermitage has a simple, red cherry and incense bouquet that just lacks a bit of complexity. The harmonious palate is fleshy on the entry with fine acidity, though it needs a little more depth on the finish. But overall, this is a commendable Saint-Émilion to drink over the next decade.
