Harvested by hand from selected grape vines planted at high density (7,000 plants/ha). The vineyard is located in Itata Valley. Pour Ma Gueule is a classical burgundy sense that means ‘For My Mouth’ that winemakers use for the stash of wine they keep for themselves to drink with friends and family.
