Coccocciola D’Abruzzo, Paride D’Angelo 2025

Cococciola is a white grape varietal, indigenous to Italy’s Abruzzo region. The grapes for this wine were hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented without the addition of sulphites. Its fresh citrus and floral notes are complemented by a dry and mineral finish. Serve it with grilled fish or buttery pasta.
