Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo Sake

A Gold Medal winner at IWC 2021 this elegant sake is produced using Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 23%. Intense aromatics of melon fruit with fresh cucumber and floral notes. Incredibly balanced with a great depth of flavours, rich and smooth on the palate with a long, dry finish. Serve chilled with raw oysters.
