Domaine Denis Race is a four-generation family-run operation that farms 18 hectares spanning the Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and Chablis Grand Cru areas. Their vines range in age from just planted to more than 65 years old. This assortment translates to wines of character and depth, with bright citrus and an oyster-shell minerality. This wine will cellar for 15+ years.
