This is also aromatically quite attractive with its nose of red cherry, plum, anise and discreet earth wisps. There is notably better volume, richness and density to the palate soaking flavors that don’t offer the refinement of the best in the range but do offer excellent depth and length on the powerful and built-to-age finale.
