Eau Claire Distillery Parlour Gin

Named for the establishments where gin was consumed during prohibition, this London Dry gin takes traditional botanicals such as juniper and adds Canuck flair with Saskatoon berries. It’s medium and dry, thanks to a base of Alberta grain spirits, and it’s delicious in cocktails.
