Echigo Beer Flying IPA

Established in 1994, Echigo Microbrewery was one of Japan’s first microbreweries. Flying IPA is their American-style India Pale Ale. It is citrusy with bold hop flavours and 55 IBU. Refreshing grapefruit, mandarin and citrus aromas lead to the crisp, dry palate with a persistent finish. Pair with fried foods.
