El Mirador hails from a comparatively low-lying, 100-year-old pergola vineyard at 650metres in Rivadavia. Fermented with whole bunches and aged in foudres, it has savoury,Italian-style tannins, plum and red berry fruit and a spicy, herbal top note. Drink date: 2023-2029. Score – 93.
