Emiliana Winemaker’s Selection Syrah 2011

Rich and dark with fleshy blackberries and black plums. Full-bodied with smoky, toasty oak core. This was the first Chilean winery to adopt the international environmental standards of the ISO 14001 back in 2001. This organic wine is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Viognier grapes. A dazzling display with depth, richness and concentration. Enjoy it tonight with your favourite grass-fed beef dish.
