Fukuju Blue Label is an award winning Junmai Ginjo sake, fermented at low temperature. The bouquet presents fruit-forward aromas of apricot, butter cream and honey, with a distinct a savoury umami note. The palate shows excellent depth with flavours of tea leaf, marshmallow and sweet grain coming to the fore.
