This wine combines traditionally fermented Grenache and Mourvèdre with Syrah fermented by carbonic maceration. After eight months in Bordeaux barrels, the result is a flavourful, velvety wine brimming with ripe berry fruit, mocha and coffee. Sip with grilled red meats or mature cheeses.
