Hakkaisan Snow Aged Junmai Daiginjo Sake

After three years of maturity, the sake becomes round and develops layered flavours. Its texture is very smooth. No water is added (genshu style). Aromas are fairly intense with a long finish. With a richer body and layered umami, this sake pairs perfectly with Mediterranean seafood, blue cheese, or short ribs.
