Hakurei Iwai 60 Migaki Junmai Ginjo Genshu Sake

This dry Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed in Kyoto Prefecture using local Iwai rice with a 60% rice-polishing ratio. It’s soft and elegant on the nose and palate with clean, well-balanced flavours. It is best enjoyed slightly chilled with sushi and sashimi.
