Ishikawa Shuzo Huky Junmai Ginjo Sakura Sake

Ishikawa Sake Brewery was founded in 1830 and is located at the foot of the Suzuka Mountains in Mie Prefecture. This sake uses local spring water and a rice polishing ratio of 60%. It is a soft and dry sake, presented in an elegantly designed bottle.
