This Junmai Ginjo sake is made from ‘Gin no Yume’ rice grown in the Reihoku region of Kochi Prefecture and polished to 55%. Fresh and fruity aromas showcase notes of peach and lychee fruit, with crisp flavours on the palate, a subtle savoury note, and a clean finish. Best enjoyed chilled.
