Endo Sake Brewery was established in Nagano Prefecture in 1864. Brewed with Nagano R yeast from local apples, resulting in fruity aromas and flavours. The palate showcases apple umami with a hint of sweetness and refreshing acidity. Best served chilled, paired with fish dishes.
