Kourtaki Retsina of Attiki

Retsina’s famous evergreen aromas and flavours are achieved by fermenting the wine with fresh pine resin, which is removed later in the winemaking process. This one is made with the Savatiano grape and will pair well with grilled seafood or lamb souvlaki.[The Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Awards did not include a tasting note.] Score – Gold.
