Senjo Brewing Co. was established in 1866 and named after Mt. Senjo, where they source the Alpine water for their sake. This sake is unfiltered and undiluted, revealing rich umami flavours and earthy notes. It can be enjoyed chilled or warmed as a digestive or paired with seafood.
