This classic, Czech-styled Pilsner was developed at Lake of the Woods flagship brewery in Kenora, Ontario. It shows a rich, satisfying maltiness balanced by a hop-driven bitterness. Originally released under the name Papermaker, this excellent Pilsner is a great match for pub fare or pizza with friends.
