The long-standing Luzhou Laojiao distillery has been operating in Sichuan since the Ming Dynasty in 1573. Little has changed in the distillation process, ensuring a consistent, clean product. Made from distilled sorghum, this baijiu has strong aromas of fermented peach, honey, and wet leaves.
