This fresh, vibrant wine is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The temperature is dropped and the fermentation interrupted to preserve a higher residual sugar content, making this wine medium-dry; an atypical style for white wines from this region, which are overwhelmingly bone-dry. Look for ripe peach, melon, pear, citrus, and zesty acidity, and pair with spicy fish dishes.
