Pagodes de Cos Blanc 2021

The 2021 Les Pagodes de Cos Blanc is bright, punchy and super-expressive. Technical Director Dominique Arangoits added a bit more Sémillon than normal, which helps give the wine its striking mid-palate presence. Lemon confit, almonds, chamomile and sage build nicely in this attractive second wine from Cos. Bright saline notes linger on the taut, salivating finish. Drinking Window: 2022-2029. Score – 91-93.
