Papaioannou Estate Cava Cabernet Sauvignon Organic 2016

This Estate-grown organic red is made from 25-year-old Cabernet Sauvignon vines and was matured two years in oak barrels and one year in bottles. It is characterized by complex and rich aromas of red and dark fruit with black cherry and currant notes. It is well-balanced with supple tannins and has a lingering finish.
