Brothers Riccardo and Alessandro Pasqua are third-generation family winemakers who continue to position Pasqua’s century-old reputation at the fore of Italian wine. Rooted in tradition but with a thoroughly modern outlook, their ‘House of the Unconventional’ attitude shines in this Pinot Grigio. It was fermented in stainless steel with 30% finished in French oak and shows pear, tropical fruit, peach, toast, vanilla, and precise minerality.
