A medium-bodied, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon with soft drying tannins, and flavours of juicy ripe dark fruits (currants and blackberries), sweet spice, and vanilla. Notes similar to the palate linger on the finish, with an added note of subtle oak. Serve at a cool room temperature of 16 to 18°C. Serve with grilled red meats; beef stews; cold beef on focaccia; and grilled portobello mushrooms.
