Ontario’s 2019 vintage was a standout year for Pinot Noir and this one offers stunning value. It was fermented in stainless steel followed by 16 months in French and American oak barrels. Look for notions of black cherry, forest floor and stony mineral, and pour with tourtière or roast meats.
